This is the flow wrapper for packaging large or bulky products, those with stability issues or are different lengths. The VR-7 doesn’t use trays, it has the film reel at the bottom of the forming tunnel and the film itself becomes the transport carrier for wrapping.

The VR-7 is clever, it has a ‘no product – no bag’ system to prevent film waste and intelligent photo-eyes that automatically positions the produce the right distance apart on the in-feed conveyor. It then cuts and solders the film as it travels through the forming tunnel.
