This 14-channel weigher has a gentle touch making it the one to use for delicate produce like apples. The weigher has double vibrating platforms to distribute produce to the 14 vibrating channels, feeding the load cells and hoppers.
The weigh stations, hoppers, load cells, conveyors and discharge belts are all lined with soft brushes that gently handle the produce while maintaining a production speed of up to 40 packs per minute.
The CP814ML can operate as an individual unit or be integrated into an automated packing line.
